KennedyPearce is hiring a Transactional Finance Manager, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This role is based in West London. This is your chance to take ownership of our Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, managing teams across the UK and a shared service centre while driving accuracy, compliance, and scalable finance operations that support our international growth.
What you'll be doing
1. Lead, develop, and inspire a Transactional Finance team (AP & AR)
2. Manage vendor and customer payments, reconciliations, and aged debtors/creditors
3. Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
4. Act as the key point of contact for audits, integrations, and system upgrades
5. Proactively drive process improvement, automation, and scalability across finance operations
