Teaching Personnel are seeking a caring, motivated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery team in the OL12 area. This role involves providing targeted one-to-one and small group support, helping children to feel secure, confident and ready to learn within a nurturing early years environment. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and have a good understanding of the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider team to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing, contributing to planning, observations and assessments where appropriate.
