As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing tailored support both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You'll help students access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential, while supporting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
