CHARTWELL ARE NOT OFFERING SPONSORSHIP OR SPONSORSHIP SWITCHES

At Chartwell Trust Care, we believe in providing excellent person-centred support to all of our residents. You'll be working in our Supported Living Home at Asquith Drive. Your rota will consist of a mixture of full day shifts, early shifts and late shifts. This is a full time role.

You'll be the first point of contact for our Support Workers, and will work alongside the Deputy and Registered Managers to complete management tasks to a high standard.
You will be responsible for delegating tasks between the staff team, ensuring all actions are completed, paperwork is up to date and medication issued. You'll be able to support your team with any questions or advice they may need, and ensure everyone is working to provide the highest standard of care.
You'll advise on completing activity plans, reporting any repairs and suggesting new ways of working or communicating. You'll understand that all of our residents have different needs, and be able to adapt your approach accordingly.
Most of all, you will have a real passion for providing top-notch care and support to every single resident.
