Are you a qualified Electrician / Electrical Engineer from a maintenance background, looking to take the step up into a Supervisor's position with ongoing technical training and career progression?
You'll lead a skilled on-site team, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and "right first time" delivery, you'll have the opportunity to influence service quality and operational excellence.
The role offers exposure to complex estates operations, providing excellent scope for technical progression and ongoing professional development working as part of a team responsible for maintaining environments where performance, reliability, and safety are paramount.

The Role:
* Lead the delivery of planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a complex operational site
* Provide day-to-day supervision, technical guidance, and support to the on-site electrical team
* Ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements
The Candidate:
* Qualified Electrician (NVQ3 or equivalent apprenticeship)
* Looking to step up into a leadership position
