Location: Milton Keynes, UK(with occasional travel to other sites)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality technical solutions within a secure UK Government environment. The role focuses on hands‑on implementation, technical design, and close collaboration with customers and ServiceNow delivery teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on:
* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across GRC / IRM / SPM modules
* Configure and customise the platform in line with best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
* Support testing, UAT, and successful solution delivery
* Produce clear technical documentation and support handovers
What We are Looking For
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
* Strong hands‑on delivery across GRC, IRM, or SPM modules
* Solid understanding of platform configuration, APIs, and data structures
* Ability to work in secure, stakeholder-driven environments
* ServiceNow certifications or accreditations
* Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to others
* Background in customer-facing consultancy roles
