Working in the Sale Division, you will be responsible for generating high quality new business appointments for the Sale Corporate and Motor Trade teams and successfully completing outbound Telemarketing / Telesales campaigns. This will involve accurately cleansing, qualifying and developing meaningful prospect relationships to ensure all KPIs and targets are met. How you'll make an impact Appointment generation achieved by successfully working on allocated campaigns to support new business revenue. This will involve accurately cleansing, qualifying and developing prospect relationships and achieving set KPIs which will be measured and evidenced by:- Generating high quality new business appointments Develop strategies to identify quality prospects and increase our engagement with them, this could include intelligent email communications, sharing posts via LinkedIn etc. Successfully manage and complete new campaigns with the assistance of the Marketing team. Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaign data and events. Building a quality pipeline of callbacks. Maintain accurate and detailed records of the prospects on our Gallagher Win CRM platform. Coordinate prospect meetings with Development Executives diary including sending email confirmation to the prospect Produce activity reports as required. Attendance at networking events where required Confident in discussing multiple products or lines of insurance, offering our clients exactly what they need. About you Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and fully proficient in Microsoft Office. An outstanding communicator with a good eye for detail. You have superb drive, love to exceed your targets and use your dynamic personality to secure lasting deals. Outbound Business-to-Business Telesales experience essential – role is 100% appointment generation. Experience in a Corporate/Professional sector is desirable. Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet KPI’s Good organisational skills Able to work without supervision IT skills (Outlook & Salesforce - desirable) Ambitious and proactive with a result driven attitude, you adapt easily to evolving priorities, using your initiative to find answers.
