We’re looking for a proactive Compliance Manager to join our client’s team in Glasgow.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for compliance, from conducting audits and managing corrective actions to driving continuous improvement and liaising with customers, suppliers, and regulators. You’ll lead compliance initiatives, support operations teams, and make a real impact on how they deliver safe, high-quality services every day.
Up to £42,000 on offer
What you’ll bring:
· Strong background in food safety & health & safety compliance
· Relevant qualifications (Food Safety Diploma/Bachelor’s + H&S certificate)
· Experience leading audits, managing change, and influencing stakeholders
· A detail-focused, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills
