Overview
The product operations team is a multi-skilled group that provides support to various departments across the business. The main purpose of the team is to create, manage and support BHN's prepaid products. The team works closely with product, technical and compliance teams to ensure products are fit for purpose before being sold to customers and to ensure full regulatory compliance. This is a 12-month temporary full-time role.

Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of prepaid products
* Processing of client order files, failed loads and order discrepancies
* Management of order invoicing
* Maintain stock levels (card and envelope), ensuring there are no outages, stock is ordered within required timelines and stock is destroyed in line with chip expiries
* Onboarding new content partners to prepaid products and conducting testing to confirm full acceptance
* Point of escalation for Customer Service escalations
* Take ownership of issues raised and identify corrective actions while communicating with internal stakeholders
* Operational readiness for new products prior to client implementations, including full end-to-end testing
* Approving client and internal marketing collateral
* Ensure all prepaid/e-money regulations are adhered to across processes in the department
Qualifications
* Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to getting the job done, with willingness to take responsibility for execution and delivery of a wide range of tasks
* Competent in using Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas for data validation
* Ability to manage own workload and deliver high output within tight deadlines
* Balanced approach to delegating work while maintaining ownership of workload
* Strong customer focus
* Proven ability to innovate, initiate, accept, and implement change
* Ability to learn and understand processes and to train others
* Plan, organize and prioritise incoming work daily to achieve targets
