Customer Service Advisor
Location: Brighton/Hove
Contract: 6 months
Work Setup: first month on site in Hove - 2 days in office 3 days in home after.
Salary: £16 per hour

What you'll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including telephony, email, webchat, and letter correspondence.
* Resolve customer complaints and feedback, continuously improving processes and experiences.
* Apply product knowledge to provide tailored, informed guidance, supporting customer decision-making throughout the lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal requirements, protecting customers and the business.
* Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and supporting broader business objectives.
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and service delivery, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you bring
* Proven ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently while supporting team goals.
* Strong understanding of diverse customer needs, with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness and ability to apply product knowledge to guide informed customer decisions.
* Adaptable and quick to learn new systems, processes, and regulatory requirements; relevant customer service experience preferred.
