Multi-Skilled Operatives - Joinery Focus Location: Leeds and Surrounding AreasContract Type:Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive + BenefitsStart Date: ASAPAre you a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in joinery and a passion for delivering high-quality work? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property services provider who is expanding their team with four new multi-skilled operatives.The Role:You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for delivering a wide range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks. Your core duties will include:
* First and second fix joinery
* Kitchen and bathroom installations
* Basic plumbing and tiling
* General property repairs and maintenance
* Working in both occupied and void properties
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in joinery and general building maintenance
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
* Multi-trade skills (e.g., plumbing, tiling, plastering) are highly desirable.
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
