Role : Sales Ledger Clerk Location: Greysteel, Londonderry Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday morning as required) Pay: £27,000 - £28,000 (negotiable based on experience) Are you an experienced Sales Ledger professional looking for your next career move? Our client, a well-established and one of Northern Irelands largest distributors based in Greysteel, is seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their busy accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Role: As part of the Sales Ledger team, youll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the companys overall cash flow. Your day-to-day duties will include: Processing sales ledger transactions invoices, credit/debit notes, stock control, reconciliations, and cash receipts Assisting with month-end and year-end financial preparation and audits Liaising with the Credit Control team to ensure adherence to credit terms and payment agreements Handling customer queries promptly and professionally Providing general administrative and finance support to management and directors About You Were looking for someone who: Has at least 1-2 years experience in a similar sales ledger or accounts receivable role Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Can manage and prioritise their workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment Has excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a close-knit finance team If youre an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator looking to take the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you.
