Inplace Personnel Services Ltd are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our established and busy Mansfield team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role combining account management, active candidate resourcing, client relationship development, and account growth. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates, while contributing to the continued success of the branch.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Your duties will include:

Taking full ownership of vacancies from initial client brief through to successful placement
*
Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and other advertising methods
*
Screening and interviewing applicants to assess suitability and match them effectively to roles
*
Coordinating interviews, preparing candidates, obtaining feedback, and managing the offer process
*
Delivering regular inductions and representing the business professionally when client-facing
*
Building strong working relationships with clients to understand their requirements, workforce planning and future needs
*
Ensuring all bookings are fulfilled accurately and within agreed timeframes
*
Maintaining regular communication with existing accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities
*
Working collaboratively with the wider Service Team to ensure seamless delivery
*
Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards at all times

Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
*
Participation in the on-call telephone rota will be required
