2. Enhanced Clinical Practice Qualification

3. Level 7 post registration graduation qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
4. Demonstrating experience of managing a discrete aspect of a patient's care at an enhanced level of practice with specific knowledge and skills in a field of expertise with surgical specialities
5. Experience of managing change as part of service and practice development
6. Minimum 3 years post registration experience
Desirable criteria
7. Teaching and assessing staff
Knowledge
Essential criteria
8. Able to demonstrate highly specialised theoretical and practical, enhanced knowledge of colorectal specialty and common presentations
9. Understanding of the principles of effective budgetary management.

10. Clinical Assessment Skills/HAPE/History Taking and Physical Examination

11. Demonstrable enhanced clinical skills, within colorectal surgical pathways.
