Role Overview
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands on, highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This is a key role to ensure that the daily operations of our office run smoothly and efficiently. This will be achieved by providing support to both staff and customers, by managing administrative tasks for the enhancement of customer satisfaction and also the growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and excellent customer service skills which will enable them to contribute effectively to our sales processes.
Skills And Experience
Preferred sales support /customer service experience with a manufacturing company
Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
High level IT competency
Confident and pro-active
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Raise works orders and liaise with production
Confident working both independently and as part of a small team
Able to communicate at all levels in a professional manner
A working knowledge of graphic software would be a distinct advantage but not essential
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via inbound calls and emails ensuring a high level of service is maintained and orders are processed efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide a professional first point of contact and encourage repeat business
Work closely with team members and independently to meet company objectives
Manage and support Directors in day to day operations
