We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to develop, lead and grow the business for our care home client specialising in providing support to residents living within care homes throughout Norfolk. A successful candidate will have previous experience managing operations in a care home.. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards is essential.

Job Role
7. Work alongside home managers to support the running of their homes
8. Assist care home to maintain CQC compliance in line with regulatory requirements
9. Provide leadership ,guidance and mentoring to drive the success of care homes
Education, Skills and Qualifications
10. Previous management experience within a healthcare setting is essential
11. Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
12. Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
13. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
14. Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
15. Full UK driving license /car owner
