* Advanced Performance Related Bonus: Up to £8k (T and Cs apply)
* Up to 5 days per week - (all flexible working patterns) up to 4 days mixed 1 day Private
* Number of UDAs negotiable: up to 6000
* £16.86 UDA Rate
