Conveyancing legal Assistant – Solihull An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-organised Legal Assistant to join our friendly and well-established Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities: General administrative support Preparing and submitting client quotes Handling queries from Clients, Solicitors, Lenders and Estate Agents Providing client updates and monitoring matter progression Opening/closing files in line with AML, SRA and CQS requirements Assisting with leasehold transactions Conducting online searches Using the Land Registry portal (registrations, requisitions, official copies, leases, title plans) Preparing SDLT calculations and submitting applications Assisting finance with bills, receipts and payments Occasional reception cover Requirements: Previous conveyancing assistant experience (preferred) Strong understanding of legal office operations Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with case management software Excellent English, organisation and administrative skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure High attention to detail Basic knowledge of the conveyancing process Role Details: Competitive salary 26 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Holiday bonus scheme Firm-funded eye tests If you are a hardworking Legal Assistant looking to develop your career within a reputable regional firm, we would be delighted to hear from you INDGEMN
