Job Overview
The Deputy Manager will support the Clinic Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer service. You will also be trained in phlebotomy (blood taking) as part of your development. This is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and support the clinic team.
* Create and manage staff rotas.
* Open and close the clinic and oversee smooth daily operations.
* Perform administrative duties and ensure accurate record keeping.
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards.
* Respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.
* Perform blood taking (full training provided).
* Provide shift cover when required to support the team.
* Create social media posts and online presence.
* Undertake any other duties relevant to the role.
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role.
* Strong background in customer service.
* Experience in managing or supporting a team.
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* A keen interest in women's health and healthcare services.
* Comfortable taking on responsibility and making decisions.
* Willingness to be trained in blood taking (phlebotomy).

Additional Information
* This is a variable hours role, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
* A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
