Responsibilities
To provide person‑centred 1‑1 support to a young gentleman in the Chesterfield area.
This support will include accessing the local community to engage in a range of activities such as going out for meals, the cinema, escape rooms, lazer quest and other adventures.
The employer is not a 'people person' and can sometimes struggle in busy areas.
A driver is essential for this role; use of their own vehicle for work purposes is required.
Willingness to support the employer in attending an LGBT support group and the ability to communicate on his behalf when needed is required.
The employer suffers from chronic lung disease; the ideal candidate should not be a smoker.
Someone with a strong sense of adventure will be the perfect candidate for this role.
