We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Adviser in Romford, Harold Wood, and Gidea Park. This role involves canvassing and prospecting for new business, making it ideal for someone passionate about sales. Training and Development:
* Two-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Industry-leading training, including one-to-one and group sessions
* Day-to-day learning with industry experts
* Fully-paid hotel accommodation during training
Role Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed business targets
* Manage valuation activities following the Spicerhaart Way
* Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
* Fulfill call-out campaigns and maintain ROSIE standards
* Prepare for morning meetings with valuation updates
* Implement structured door-knocking and canvassing strategies
* Use ROSIE to manage leads and ensure no opportunities are missed
* Engage in daily meetings for coaching and business development
* Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
* Respond to intranet leads daily
* Communicate regularly with Local Owner to Sell customers
* Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
* Participate in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media and leaflet distribution
* Handle inbound calls to register applicants and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
* Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum Requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving license
* Own vehicle in good condition
