If you’re great with young people and love the energy of a busy school day, this could be your perfect next step. What you’ll be doing: Leading pre-set lessons across a range of subjects – no planning needed Keeping students engaged, focused, and learning Managing classroom behaviour with a calm, consistent approach Supporting staff and pupils throughout the school day We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people (in or outside school) Builds rapport easily and sets clear expectations Communicates confidently, both in person and on paper Stays organised, proactive, and unflappable – even when the bell rings mid-sentence Genuinely wants to make a positive difference to students’ school experience This role is a brilliant stepping stone if you’ve worked as a youth worker, sports coach, or teaching assistant —or if you’re considering a career in teaching and want real classroom experience first.
