* Acting as the key link between traders and the development team
* Gathering, understanding, and translating trader requirements
* Commodity-focused BA role, specifically within oil trading
* The role works closely with traders and the IT/development teams
* Strong stakeholder management is essential: the candidate must be credible, articulate, concise, and respectful of traders’ time

* Minimum 5 years experience as a BA
