We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead a well-established kitchen brigade within an award-winning hospitality group. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to take ownership of a high-quality, seasonal food offering in a premium pub environment. The kitchen operates to Rosette standards, with a clear focus on fresh produce, classical technique and consistent execution.
Working alongside an experienced senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy to shape menus, develop seasonal specials and continue driving standards forward.

The Person
The Ideal Head Chef will have:
Have proven experience as a Head Chef within a quality-driven, fresh food environment (Rosette experience preferred)
Be confident managing and developing a brigade
Have strong classical foundations and fresh food experience
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Be passionate about seasonal menu development
Be commercially aware and confident managing GP and kitchen performance
