Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PRISM: Project Finance / Administration Officer located in Omagh. The Officer will handle a range of administrative tasks including financial management of projects, monitoring project budgets, creating financial reports, supporting administrative processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills are crucial for this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Excellent Organization skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Experience with financial management and reporting
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Knowledge of funding compliance and regulations is desirable
