Finance Manager (Manufacturing)£60,000 – £70,000 Including Car AllowanceA well-established manufacturing company based in the Ripley area is seeking a Finance Manager to join the business in a key senior finance position, reporting directly to the Financial Director.This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, covering management accounts, costing, stock, and operational finance, while also supporting reporting into a larger international group.Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accountsFull month-end close including balance sheet reconciliationsStandard costing and manufacturing variance analysisBOM maintenance and stock accountingOversight of AP, AR, and day-to-day finance operationsVAT returns and statutory reportingGroup reporting and audit supportSupervision and development of the finance teamProcess and controls improvement across finance operationsRequirements: Strong manufacturing finance background essentialExperience with standard costing, BOMs, stock and WIPStrong understanding of manufacturing variances and inventory accountingExperience producing management accounts and leading month-end processesPrevious team leadership experienceQualified or qualified by experience consideredThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing finance professional seeking a broad, operational role with progression potential within a growing business.
