A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking for a Paralegal to join its busy Corporate department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with prior experience in a Corporate team to take the next step in their career.
As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting Partners and Legal Advisors, ensuring the smooth progression of corporate matters.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with clients and third parties to support case progression
* Delivering high standards of client care and a first-class client experience
* Managing a small caseload under supervision
* Conducting legal research, due diligence and disclosure work
* Drafting and transcribing letters and legal documents
* Preparing bundles and supporting transactions
* Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance team
* Assisting fee earners in progressing client matters efficiently
* Managing billing and credit control processes
