Job Title: GCSE Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide high-quality tutoring sessions to GCSE students in various subjects Develop tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level subjects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience at the GCSE level Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements Proficient in using various teaching methods and resources Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or tutoring centre setting Potential for remote teaching depending on circumstances All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
