Your role • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in the absence of regular teaching staff • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused, respectful environment • Ensure pupils remain on task and assist with any questions or clarification they may need • Report back on class performance and feedback to teaching staff About you • Ideally degree-educated with an interest in pursuing a career in teaching • Confident, reliable, and professional with excellent communication skills • A natural leader who can manage groups of students with calm authority • Previous experience in a school is desirable but not essential—training will be provided What we offer • Competitive daily pay: £100–£130 • Flexibility and part-time options to fit around studies or other commitments • Excellent opportunity for career progression into teaching • A school placement that values and invests in your development Why work via Teach Now Teach Now are a widely recognised, education recruitment company.
