We're looking fora commercially drivenGamingand Creatorpartnershipssales professionalwho understands brands, media and culture and can package non-traditional sports and gaming IP into compelling commercial stories.The successful candidate will play a keyrole as part of the UK Partnershipteam,responsible for the successful delivery of across ourportfolio assets and services.

Our non-gamingportfolio includes an array of globally renownedorganisationsacross sports, such as ThePremier League, Golden State Warriors,Manchester United, F1, Team GB, The FA, and a roster of talent which includes Masters Champion Jon Rahm.

Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by leading an end-to-endsales processacross our rights holder portfolio, from category and prospect identification to negotiation and deal closing – In doing so,you'llfacilitatethe collaboration between brands and rights-holder clients through effective, imaginative, and pioneering marketing campaigns.

AS OURSALES MANAGER,YOU WILL...

Develop strong relationships with prospective new clients via key customer touchpoints including phone, email, LinkedIn, networkingeventsand meetings.

Showcasea thorough understanding of SPORTFIVE’s products and services

Effectively work to a coordinated sales plan to achieve divisional budget targets and strategic objectives

Work closely with our Sales Insight & Servicing team to prepare and lead sales pitches with international and domestic clients

Build relationships with prospective clients to understandobjectives, buildrelationshipsand secure revenue for the business

Continually develop prospect lists byidentifyingrelevant clients,industriesand geographies.

Provide weekly and regular updates at team sales meetingsshowcasingactivity and pipeline development

Work with internal corporate functions such as legal and finance to create robust commercial agreements to support sales processes

Ensure strong after-sales relationship management to enhance renewal probability andidentifycross-sales/upselling potential.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING...

2-5 years Sales / New Business generating experience

Proven ability to generate new business through proactive outreach in a target-driven environment

Experience working with or selling into brands and/or media agencies, with a strong understanding of how marketing budgets are planned andallocatedacross sponsorship, digitalmediaand influencer/creator marketing

Experience packaging and selling non-traditional or emerging media/sponsorship propositions (e.g.creator-led, IP-basedor integrated campaigns)

Experience insuccessfully managinga B2B sales process from end-to-end

A self-assured and confident approach topitching,presentingand negotiating with marketing decision-makers at all levels.

Confidence increatingand leadingsales opportunities through cold outreach beforemoving itthrough the sales funnel.

Strongrelationship building skillswith brands, rights holders,agenciesand colleagues.

Ability to translate complex rights-holder propositions into clear, compelling narratives for brands

Proactive,self-motivatedand resilientattitude

Aptitude and ability to work in a team sales environment

A natural curiosityand eagerness to learn and continually grow and develop.

Outstanding sales communication,presentationand negotiation skills.
