Due to an increase in customer demand in our clients business and continued company growth, they are now recruiting for a Senior Quality Auditor to join their team in the Runcorn / Widnes area on a 3-shift position.
This role offers the opportunity to work for a true independent market leader and established global brand. Role Description
4. Develop and ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards – HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC & customer COP’s.
5. Ensure compliance across all departments through regularly conducted internal audits
6. Ensure root cause analysis is undertaken across all departments to facilitate continuous improvement projects and working procedures.
7. Assist with complaint investigations, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken
8. Assist in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.
9. Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
10. Collect and provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports, using this to drive quality improvements across the site.
11. Ensuring the positive food safety culture across site
Skills and Qualifications
12. Previous experience working in a similar role
13. FMCG experience advantageous
14. Food hygiene/HACCP qualification advantageous.
15. Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Ability to find areas for improvement.
18. Problem solving skills.
19. Able to make and communicate decisions.
