This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on project leader with a passion for delivering high-spec commercial environments and a knack for keeping projects running like clockwork. The Role: As Fit-Out Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery – from initial handover through to snagging and final client sign-off. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring all work is completed on time, to spec, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Attend project handover meetings with the Sales team and Quantity Surveyor (QS) to review scope of works, plans, and QWS documentation. * Conduct site visits with Sales/QS to meet clients, complete GIRFT policy documentation, and agree on project timelines, access, finishes, and responsibilities. * Define responsibility for RAMS, CDM compliance, building regulations, and planning where applicable. * Accurately measure for bespoke items and verify material quantities on site. * Create and maintain a critical path for each project, updated daily throughout the build. * Manage material and labour costs, ensuring alignment with QWS before placing orders. * Source and assess s...
