What you’ll do

As National Account Manager within the UK region, you will be responsible for managing key omni-channel retail accounts to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and strong brand execution.

You will own day-to-day commercial relationships with national retail and eCommerce customers, developing and executing customer-specific growth plans that align with regional objectives. Combining strong commercial acumen with digital understanding, you will ensure best-in-class execution across in-store and online environments, supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, and category expansion initiatives.

How you’ll do it

1. Develop and execute customer-specific omni-channel growth plans aligned to UK targets
2. Deliver against revenue, margin, and market share objectives across assigned accounts
3. Lead joint business planning (JBP) and ongoing commercial negotiations with customers
4. Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to optimise forecasting, assortment, and promotional effectiveness
5. Drive accessory attachment, basket growth, and category expansion initiatives
6. Ensure strong execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity
7. Partner with digital teams to optimise online product content, search visibility, merchandising, and conversion performance
8. Track and act on key digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and attach rate
9. Build strong relationships across buying, merchandising, and digital teams within customer organisations
10. Provide clear performance reporting and insight to internal stakeholders, identifying risks and growth opportunities
11. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Product, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution and inventory optimisation
12. Travel regularly to customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
13. Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories.

What you’ll need

16. Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
17. Solid understanding of omni-channel retail and eCommerce dynamics
18. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
19. Analytical capability with confidence using data to inform decisions
20. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
21. Proactive, self-motivated approach to personal and professional development
22. Interest in consumer electronics or related technology categories
23. Flexibility to travel as required

What you’ve done

24. 3+ years’ experience in National or Key Account Management
25. Demonstrated success managing UK retail accounts (brick-and-mortar and online)
26. Experience delivering against revenue and margin targets
27. Strong forecasting and promotional planning experience
28. Exposure to eCommerce platforms and digital performance metrics
29. Consumer electronics industry experience advantageous
