Are you a Paid Search specialist who knows how to balance data-driven performance with smart strategy? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in the Liverpool area looking for a PPC Manager to run high-impact search and display campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and more.
🎯 The Role
You’ll take ownership of PPC campaigns end-to-end — from planning and builds through to optimisation and reporting. You’ll also collaborate with SEO, content and analytics teams to make sure performance stays strong and insights turn into action.
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Own keyword research and build effective bidding/targeting strategies
* Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rate
* Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS/CPA)
* Optimise campaigns continuously to maximise ROI
* Produce clear performance reports and insights for clients/internal teams
* Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practice
✅ What You Bring
* 2+ years hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
* Confident with keyword research, testing, and optimisation
* Data-led mindset — able to turn numbers into clear actions
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
