My client is an established search consultancy firm specialising in front office recruitment and insights for the asset management industry. Their focus is hiring for investment, marketing, product, and distribution teams across the UK, Europe, and Asia at the mid to senior level. They are fortunate to work with 10 of the top 40 AUM global asset managers and 20 of the 100 best performing in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities
* Own research and delivery of mid to senior roles
* Work closely with team members to generate a sourcing strategy for roles, gather competitive intelligence, help develop targeted sourcing structures, conduct research, and help generate candidate mapping
* Headhunt and build network across industry
* Utilise CRM, Google Suite, and job boards to track candidates, workflow and screening information
* Ensure data quality and accuracy on our internal databases
* Keep abreast of sourcing best practice tools and technologies
* To stay up to date on market and functional trends and key fund industry
* Leverage relevant social media and communications channels to assist in acquisition of good quality research
* Assistance to the Managing Director with business development projects
* Mentor and collaborate with junior research associates
Accountabilities
* Conduct exceptional candidate development, process management from client brief to offer and onboarding
* Able to produce detailed initial research and shortlisted candidates from position specification
* Able to account manage and provide detailed project updates
* Able to conduct and document screening process, including CV pre-screening
* Prepare screening questions and design tailored process to create best metrics to provide clients with confidence to make decisions
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years Financial Services recruitment/Executive Search
Required Skills
* Passion for the Asset Management Industry
* Strong track record of delivery and research
* Self motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Strong time management skills
* Highly organised with demonstrated ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritise
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationship
Pay range and compensation package
Basic salary - £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and market fit relevance. Attractive bonus scheme with opportunity to earn off every project worked on.
