What Youll Be Doing
1. Owning the monthly management accounts end-to-end
2. Producing insightful P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
3. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
4. Strengthening financial controls and improving processes as the business scales
5. Working closely with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
6. Managing cash flow and providing forward-looking financial insight
7. Supporting year-end accounts and working with external accountants/auditors
