Your Role
* Provide personalised support to individual learners or small groups.
* Serve as a positive role model within the classroom.
* Assist teachers with classroom activities, resources, and management.
* Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
* Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every school day.
What We're Looking For
* A deep passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Experience in working with children or caregiving roles.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
* Confidence in supporting students either individually or in small groups.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
