About the Role:
On belhalf of our client, NRL are looking for a well-established organisation based in Stockton, is seeking an experienced General Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing high-quality administrative and clerical support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
Assisting with document preparation, reports, and general office administration.
Supporting the coordination of meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential).
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
