Main Responsibilities Lead the development, evolution and governance of Sodexo’s food platform across key sectors Shape innovative, consumer‑centric food concepts that enhance quality, sustainability and commercial performance Work closely with culinary, operational, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure consistent delivery of the food strategy Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform menu development and platform enhancements Oversee supplier relationships, product selection and category performance to optimise value and quality Support mobilisation, bids and client engagement with compelling food propositions and expertise Ensure compliance with nutritional, safety, sustainability and regulatory standards across the food platform Drive continuous improvement through data, insight and operational feedback The Ideal Candidate You will bring strong experience in food development, culinary innovation, category management or foodservice operations, with the ability to: Develop and deliver food strategies that balance creativity, quality and commercial outcomes Understand consumer behaviour, food trends and operational realities within large‑scale foodservice environments Build strong relationships with chefs, operators, suppliers and senior stakeholders Translate insight and data into actionable improvements across menus, products and concepts Work confidently across multi‑site, multi‑sector environments Champion excellence, sustainability and innovation in every aspect of the food offer Package Description Competitive Salary bonus car allowance benefits Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
