We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B10 area of Birmingham, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their learning and development.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support in class
* Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions
* Supporting pupils with mild SEN and additional learning needs
* Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management
* Encouraging pupil engagement and progress
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, etc.)
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in education
