Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; £13.66 inside the M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hour applies between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may vary by location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
