About you Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role At least 1 year's administrative experience with strong record-keeping skills Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using booking systems or EPOS systems (desirable) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines Positive, proactive and team-focused approach Full driving licence (or access to suitable transport) What you'll do Act as the first point of contact for parks and leisure enquiries via phone, email and live chat Manage leisure memberships including new applications, renewals and cancellations Coordinate bookings for facilities, events and programmes Maintain and update customer records and booking systems Support payment processing, invoicing and membership queries Assist with reporting, data collation and FOI requests Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and minute taking Support outreach, promotions and customer engagement initiatives For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
