* Sales, Contract Renewals, Upselling, Cross-selling

What You’ll Do

* Strengthen client relationships: manage renewals, align pricing, and proactively tackle churn risks.
* Drive upselling & cross-selling: expand product usage and propose impactful services.
* Relationship architect: own client relationships, resolve issues, lead business reviews, ensure alignment with client goals.
* Turn leads into wins: collaborate with Sales Development to transition qualified leads and seal deals.
* Strategise for success: craft account plans, maintain pipelines, forecast, and keep CRM up to date.
* Hit targets: consistently exceed quotas.
* Inspire advocacy & referrals: cultivate outstanding customer experiences leading to testimonials and referrals.
* Stay ahead: monitor market and competitor moves; share insights to shape product and strategy.
* Ensure accuracy & compliance: accurate billing and documentation in line with company policies.
