This role is responsible for driving new business development and growing Cyclops Utilities’ presence across assigned European territories. The European Sales Manager owns territory sales strategy and budget delivery, builds and develops key customer relationships, and ensures high levels of customer care while aligning with the company’s culture and values.
Key responsibilities include developing new customers across Utilities, Working at Height, and Lifting & Holding sectors; expanding brand presence and market share; promoting smart, remote, and on-site monitoring technologies; and identifying new routes to market. The role leads sales strategy execution within territories, manages pricing and margins, supports product managers and influencers, and works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
The position requires regular national and international travel, strong market knowledge, CRM and KPI management, collaboration with marketing and leadership teams, and contribution to future product, sales, and growth strategies. The role reports to the Head of Utility Sales.
Cyclops Utilities is part of the Cyclops Technologies group, which also includes Cyclops Marine and Cyclops Workout.
