LUXURY MENSWEAR – KNIGHTSBRIDGE
£30K–£33K + COMMISSION

Outside The Box Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned brand celebrated for its luxury fashion worn by celebrities and featured in leading fashion editorials. This is your chance to join their Harrods Concession and take your career – and earnings – to the next level.
The Role:
* Reporting to the Store Director and Sales Manager. Part of a team of 4 Menswear Specialists.
* Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a five-star experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
* Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
* Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
* Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
* Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
* Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.
Ideal Candidate:
* 1+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior / Sales Consultant.
* Essential your sales & styling experience must come from a luxury fashion boutique
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
* A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
* An entrepreneurial mindset.
* A good team spirit.
* A passion for clientelling and building lasting relationships with clients.
* Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.
* Initiative to think outside the box to create opportunities to network and add value to achieving the boutique's targets.
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Additional to the basic salary: £30K–£33K
* 1-5% commission on sales (dependant on targets)
