Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor for their Kettering office. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a supportive team, advising on diverse rural property matters.
Position Overview
In this key role, you will provide expert advice to landowners and tenants on a range of rural property matters. You will manage client relationships and contribute directly to the practice's success through your valuation and advisory work.
Responsibilities
* Advise landowners on option and promotion agreements.
* Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters.
* Conduct valuations of rural and other property assets.
* Support the sales and lettings of property.
* Manage compensation claims, grants, and subsidies.
* Develop and manage new and existing client relationships.
Requirements
* MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status.
* Practical knowledge of property, land, and agriculture.
* Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
