QHSE Officer (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
Days (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking a proactive QHSE Officer to support and drive standards across quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance. The Role:
Support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and support corrective and preventative actions
Assist with maintaining certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO standards)
Promote a positive safety culture across the site
Deliver training and guidance to employees on QHSE mattersRequirements:
Previous experience in a QHSE, HSE, or quality-focused role within manufacturing or production
Knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) desirableWhat's on Offer:
