Job Title: Ductwork Supervisor

About the Role:
My clients seeking an experienced and motivated Ductwork Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take a leading role in overseeing ductwork installation projects across a variety of commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site
* Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
* Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
* Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
* Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
* Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Duct Fitter, Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Duct Fitter (Will consider candidates looking for a step up)
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK Drivers Licence (Manual/Automatic)
Desirable:
* Experience working on large commercial projects
* First Aid certification
* CSCS card (relevant trade)
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
