System Effectiveness Assessment

* Regularly evaluate existing systems and tools to ensure they are meeting business and customer needs, using tools such as mouseflow
* Identify gaps where system development or improvements are necessary to improve efficiency, functionality, or user experience. Work closely with the development team or external vendors to translate business needs into actionable system requirements

User Acceptance Testing

* Conduct in depth testing of all new systems before they go live, checking that they meet the department's needs
* Organise other relevant stakeholders to test systems as they are being developed

System Rollout

* Inform the department of the rollout of new systems or upgrades and providing training on this, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Prepare and deliver training materials, provide support during the implementation phase, and ensure user adoption.

Third-Party System Integration

* Manage the integration of third-party systems, such as appcues, and ensure seamless connectivity between internal and external platforms. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure that integration requirements are met and that systems operate efficiently together.

Investigate use of AI

* Research potential AI uses that would benefit the department. Where there are clear benefits to using AI tools work to roll this out.
* Assist with any projects that look to build the use of AI or automation into the Compliance Department's current processes.

* Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT, and third-party vendors.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
