Salary: Circa £49,200 Reporting to : Talent Development Manager London docklands O ur permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office. As a Talent Development Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, HR colleagues, and the Talent Acquisition team to shape and implement strategies that build, develop, and retain talent across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving our talent agenda — ensuring that we identify future capability needs, nurture leadership potential, and embed frameworks that strengthen performance and growth. You will oversee key programmes and processes, including our 360 feedback, performance management cycles, talent frameworks, and leadership development partnerships. Managing and developing a small team, you will create opportunities that maximise potential, ensure effective succession planning, and deliver measurable value to the organisation. Key responsibilities Support the design and delivery of a forward-looking talent development strategy aligned with organisational goals and succession planning. Lead 360 feedback programmes, manage performance cycles, and embed the core skills framework to drive growth and progression. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and senior leaders to identify future talent and shape development pathways. Coach and develop Advisers and facilitators, and build leadership capability through mentoring and targeted programmes. Act as the go-to expert for talent development, influencing business planning and managing external development providers. Use talent data and performance insights to evaluate effectiveness, report impact, and drive continuous improvement. Manage allocated budgets and demonstrate ROI on leadership and development investments. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to show us that you’ve got the skills and capabilities. You’ll have to meet the following minimum criteria: Minimum Criteria Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse range of senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and exercising influence to align interests Proven experience in project managemen t within Talent Development Experie nce of Tal ent Development processes and practices. Expertise in developing blended learning programmes, incorporating both digital and traditional learning approaches.
